Step-by-Step Online Application Procedure

The common portal handles the entire application process digitally. Applicants must follow these precise technical stages to ensure their applications are accepted.

1.Execute New Portal Registration:Initial Profiling.

Visit the official IBPS portal at ibps.in. Tap on the 'CRP PO/MT' link and choose 'Click here for New Registration'. Enter your legal name, active mobile contact number, and functional email ID. The system will instantly generate a unique provisional registration number and security password via text message.

2.Upload Live Image and Scanned Signature:Document Upload.

Log back into the dashboard using your registration number. Capture a live passport photograph using your device's camera or upload a saved photo (20 KB to 50 KB). Next, upload your signature in black ink on white paper (10 KB to 20 KB), ensuring it is not written in capital letters.

3.Upload Left Thumb Impression and Written Declaration:Additional Uploads.

Upload a clear scanned copy of your left thumb impression (20 KB to 50 KB) taken in blue or black ink. Then, upload a handwritten declaration statement (50 KB to 100 KB) written in English on a white sheet. This declaration confirms that all uploaded materials are authentic.

4.Fill Educational Marks and Bank Preferences:Preference Setting.

Provide your exact graduation streams, passing year, and absolute marks percentage. Next, rank your preferences for the 11 participating public sector banks. Use the 'Preview' tool to carefully check every field, as the portal blocks all modifications after final submission.

5.Complete Application Fee Payment:Fee Settlement.

Navigate to the integrated payment gateway. Pay the required fee of ₹850 for General, EWS, and OBC categories, or ₹175 for SC, ST, and PwBD applicants. Use payment methods like Net Banking, Debit or Credit Cards, or UPI. Save and print both your transaction receipt and your completed application form.
